Providence
The newest, completed master planned community is Providence. It's located in the far up north west, off the northern I215 beltway at Hualapai. It's built on 1,200 acres and has 36 separate neighborhoods with nearly 7,000 homes. The community has a central park called Providence Park which is the focal point for the community.
Providence had over 20 builders in that community, so there is a home for everyone there. The community has been ranked as one of the best master planned communities in all of the USA. Providence has a lot to over, go see it for yourself.

Divine Eatery is a family owned restaurant in the center of Providence. They are family style using only the fresh ingredients.
Coffee
Mimi's Cafe: This franchise restaurant is a classic for breakfast offerings. The quiche is so good, you'll be asking for seconds.
Shopping
The Northwest section has lots of great stores to shop in. The main shopping area is off of Durango Drive. You will find all the popular big box shopping and some of fun unique.
Things to Do
Mount Charleston is only 20 minutes from Providence. Mount Charleston is great for both winter and summer activities. You can hike in the summer and ski in the winter. Test your stamina and give the famous Mary Janes Fall trail a try.
