Downtown Summerlin
The centerpiece of the Summerlin’s master-planned community is Downtown Summerlin opened in 2014. Downtown Summerlin is situated between Red Rock Casino to the north and Sahara Avenue to the south, right next to the 215 beltway on the west side of town. The area encompasses the urban feel with both 4,000 multi-family units, office space, entertainment and shopping all in one place. In 2016, Downtown Summerlin was voted by southern Nevadans as the valley’s best shopping center by the Las Vegas Review Journal. A new addition just opened in 2017, the two-rink practice facility of the Golden Knights, Las Vegas’ National Hockey League franchise.
Downtown Summerlin has activities for everyone from shopping to ice skating. Be sure to check it out when on the west side of town.
