Richard Candido has been a resident of Las Vegas for a little over 26 years and his passion for real estate began back in 2004. Since then he has been purchasing, selling & holding on to rental properties. His passion didn’t stop there, he has also been flipping properties with a vision to bring out the best in those homes. That’s when he knew he loved real estate!
Mr. Candido has 16 plus years in the Nightlife & Hospitality Industry and has had the pleasure of not only dealing with the best hospitality professionals in Las Vegas, but around the world! He has had the honor & pleasure of working with Hotel & Resort Presidents & their executive teams, Chef Concierge’s & their teams, Food & Beverage Executives, Nightclub Owners from Las Vegas to Dubai & back! Not to mention the numerous of celebrities he has personally crafted their experience here in Las Vegas, Mexico, the U.K., Japan & so many other places around the world.
He has had the luxury of dealing with some of the wealthiest clients in the world for the past 16 years & hopes to translate his skill set over to the real estate world!
He is currently the Lead Host of Omnia Nightclub in Las Vegas. He is also the Lead Host of Omnia Dayclub in Los Cabos Mexico & is the Executive of International Marketing for Hakkasan Group. Being fluent in Spanish has helped him penetrate the market in Mexico & looks forward to expanding his real estate brand to other countries when the time is right.
