I have always held an entrepreneurial leadership role and have worked in the Entertainment Industry for over 30 years. In 1989, I became the Owner and CEO of ACTA (Academy Casting Team and Associates), based in North Hollywood, California. ACTA cast over 100 Hip Hop/Rap Videos from 1989-1991.
Following a move to Las Vegas in 1994 with plans to start a family, I changed gears and opened my own Commercial and Residential Real Estate firm, KB Morris Real Estate. For over 25 years as a Broker, I have owned and operated boutique agencies. As the Broker, I made sure our agents were experienced, educated, and have people skills. I have trained Mega- Agents in the past. My customer retention is over 95%. I am your agent for life!
With my recent decision to size down and be an Independent Agent within a specialized Boutique firm, I felt Simply Vegas was the perfect Niche Agency for me. I rejoin my family in having over 50+ years of Real Estate experience.

We specialize in Celebrity, Sport, and Luxury Clientele. Over the years, I have found that integrating my Entertainment background and Real Estate understanding is a successful model for Venture Capital in the Entertainment Industry. From network connections to financing, I have found opportunities in both Real Estate and Production.
Philanthropy and Entertainment fit together for me. I spend some time working with the Veterans Village association in conjunction with Arnold Stalk by facilitating locations and investors to help the Veterans live a better way of life. Karyne enjoys assisting at the American Cancer Society weekly. I volunteer with Make a Wish foundation, Opportunity Village, Rock against Sex Trafficking, and First Tee for children in need of transplants who cannot afford the treatment.
