After almost twenty successful years of working in the on-air and business side of the broadcast television industry, Karla Knepper made the move to real estate and loves serving people and helping them with what is often the biggest investment of their lives. Karla is no stranger to real estate as she has been a real estate investor since 2005. As the wife of an Air Force veteran, she has a deep appreciation for our military and has a Military and Veteran Housing Certification. She is also fluent in Spanish. She was born in Mexico and moved to the United States at the age of three!
In television, Karla worked as an on-air Meteorologist at KTNV-channel 13 in Las Vegas and KVIA ABC-7 in El Paso, TX. She was also Progam Director and Community Relations Director at KVIA ABC-7, and Station Relations Coordinator at the ABC TV Network in Burbank, CA. Needless to say, she wore many different hats in the television industry!
Karla lives in Las Vegas with her husband and beloved fur children: Bentley, Joe and Bunny. Her and her husband are avid sports fans and are season ticket holders of the Las Vegas Raiders and Vegas Golden Knights. Karla is a lifelong Raiders fan and grew up watching the games with her dad, who grew up in Oakland. She's obviously absolutely thrilled her team moved to Las Vegas! Karla is a runner and has run the Long Beach and Rio Grande marathons. She is also an animal lover and supports a number of animal welfare organizations.
