Deepa Assandas
I was born and raised in the Las Vegas Valley and consider myself to be one of the few true Las Vegas natives. I know this city like the back of my hand and am a true advocate of calling Las Vegas home. Las Vegas is a rare gem. For over 30 years, I’ve watched it grow from a small town into a large metropolitan city with so much to offer. Currently living on the Las Vegas Strip, I enjoy exploring the infinite amount of world renowned restaurants just at my doorstep. I also enjoy spending my time in Summerlin which offers great restaurants, shopping and rich local culture. My husband and I love to explore Las Vegas and are always up to date with the latest additions. Besides exploring the city I enjoy weight-lifting, yoga, playing the drums and finding new restaurants. I regularly practice meditation and pranayama which is an ancient practice of controlling your breath to help connect the body and mind. These practices of the mind and body help me stay focused in all aspects of my life.

Communication is critical with any relationship. With several degrees including a doctorate from UNLV and USC, I have a strong background in business and science. I use a very logical, scientific and efficient approach to gathering the most pertinent information. I have a great appreciation for architecture, design, detail and presentation which makes real estate perfect for me.
