I've been a full time Realtor in Las Vegas since 2003. After 20 years in California, I was ready for a change. I knew I wanted warm weather. I considered Florida, then Phoenix and Palm Springs. After exploring those options, it was obvious that Las Vegas offered so much for all my interests. Warm weather, entertainment and always something to do. Having gone through the process of comparing different States, I feel I relate well to buyers who are re-locating to Las Vegas.
I bought my first home with my husband in 1992. That was in Santa Monica, CA. The home buying process fascinated me at that time but I was working in marketing. When I moved to Las Vegas, I found myself amazed at how much cheaper homes were here than in California. I also noticed prices were quickly going up. I knew I had to give real estate a try. I'm happy I did. I've thoroughly enjoyed helping my clients make informed decisions and becoming friends with so many of them.
And I love helping them explore all the things this City and our desert have to offer.

She has sold all types of residential real estate. She specializes in luxury homes, golf course and high rise properties but she has sold it all. At the bottom of the market she even sold a $41,000 condo that was a short sale. Of course, she has also sold homes for $4 and $5 Million.
Favorite Things:
I'm a big animal lover. Unfortunately, I'm without a dog for the first time in years. My Boston Terrier, Coco made it to 14.5 years. Leno, a Brussels Griffon made it to 14. I recently parted with both of them. I still have my parrots. Nino is an African Grey. He's a good talker but recently "Come on" is his favorite thing to say. Lola is an Amazon and she is definitely a show girl. She flirts with everyone but don't try petting her. She bites everyone but me.
I love the great restaurants and shows we have in this town. The Smith Center has been a great addition to our entertainment options. And now, we have this awesome hockey team. Soon we'll have the Raiders.
One of the few things I've missed about San Francisco has been seeing the Giants or 49'ers. I don't miss them now that we have our Golden Knights. It's great to have the practice stadium in Downtown Summerlin. I have been to watch practice a couple of times. Love having lunch in the restaurant there and hearing the noise of the hockey sticks.
One of my other great loves is photography. I like to go exploring the desert or the Vegas attractions with my camera. I recently helped some other horse advocates document the wild horse round up at Cold Creek just half an hour North of town. Enjoyed spending time in the quiet setting and photographing them in the wild.
