I was born and raised in Armenia, where I got my bachelor's degree in economics. At 26 years of age, in 1989, I immigrated to United States. Got licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson and as a General Contractor in 1991 in California. In 1995 I upgraded my RE salesperson's license to a Broker's license. Since 1999 I start appraising real estate in CA, and since 2003 in Nevada. 2004-2006 I founded the only credit reporting agency in Armenia. 2007-2010 I started the implementation of a $400 million gaming resort project in Armenia. I am divorced and have a son who is 19 years of age. In 27 years of my real estate career, I have not received any disciplinary actions, formal complaints, or been a subject of a law suit.
