About Nicole Maroe

Nicole Maroe, was born and raised in Southern Indiana. She attended the School of the Art Institute of Chicago where she received her bachelor’s degree. After eight years in Chicago working for various advertising agencies she decided to wise up and warm up and move to Las Vegas! After moving to Las Vegas in 1998 she managed and was an owner of the Inside Las Vegas publication. For over ten years it was a successful publication and introduced her to the small business owners in the community. It also gave her advertising experience which is now used in marketing real estate. In 2004 she decided to expand knowledge and got her real estate license… from then on she was hooked!

 

Nicole has vast knowledge and experience in working with investors, people selling their homes and buyers. Her approach in real estate is to focus on getting to know her clients as real people and taking great care of them from beginning to end.

 

Nicole loves to spend time with her eleven year old son and her dog Pumpkin. Her free time is also spent doing oil paintings, hiking and enjoying all the entertainment in fabulous Las Vegas!
