I was born in Washington D.C. and grew up in Fairfax Virginia until age 15 when my mom and 3 younger brothers moved to Oceanside California. I participated in most sports but baseball was my favorite.
I attended Oceanside High School beginning in my Sophomore year until graduation and then earned an AA degree from Mira Costa College two years later.
Although I was an early childhood education major (elementary teaching), I was also a mechanic and due to life circumstances began working as a mechanic for new car dealership service departments and eventually as a service writer and manager along the way. I devoted 30 years of my life to this endeavor before deciding to make a change.
I was licensed as a Realtor in April of 2006 and then continued with my real estate education and experience to become a Broker/Salesman and then took another year to earn my GRI (graduate of the real estate institute)credential.
I am married to Laurinda and between us have 4 adult children, Michael, Christopher, Michelle and Zachery. They are spread out geographically and live in Los Angeles, San Diego, Baltimore and Las Vegas.
I am currently assisting my oldest son, Mike, in becoming a licensed pilot. I received my pilot's license at age 22. It is a real joy to participate (go along for the ride) with Mike and his instructor Dennis.
I enjoy being a Realtor and working with my friends and clients. I hope to have the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs.
